💗 Open to Love – Heart Bloom Ritual

Purpose: To soften the heart, release old barriers, and become a magnet for love in all its forms — romantic, platonic, divine, and self-sourced.

You’ll need: Your Open to Love jewelry, a rose (fresh or dried), or a few drops of rosewater or essential oil, and a quiet space.

Ritual:

1. Prepare the Heart: Sit quietly with your jewelry and rose element.
   If using a rose, hold it near your chest. If rosewater or oil, anoint your heart space with a small drop.
   Breathe in its scent — let it begin to dissolve the protective walls around your heart.

2. Say the Opening: Touch your jewelry and whisper:
   “I am open to love. I am safe to receive. My heart is wise, and I trust its rhythm.”

3. Feel the Bloom: Close your eyes and imagine a soft pink rose blooming in your chest. With each breath, let it open wider — petal by petal — spreading warmth through your chest, shoulders, and arms.

4. Send & Receive: Inhale love from the world. Exhale love back out.
   Inhale: “I receive love.”
   Exhale: “I give love freely.”
   Repeat for a few minutes, feeling the flow.

5. Seal With Gratitude: Place your hands over your heart. Whisper:
   “Thank you, heart. I am open. I am loved.”
