Touch Nature: Gently place your hand on soil, a leaf, or a stone. Imagine energy flowing from it into you — ancient, wise, grounding.
Seal with Stillness: Sit or stand in stillness for 2–3 minutes, allowing your system to recalibrate. Let your jewelry be your touchstone throughout the day.
